Fund Senior Manager

• Lead and manage fund portfolios in accordance with approved investment strategies and risk profiles.

• Develop and execute both short-term and long-term investment strategies.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, financial statements, and investment instruments to support decision-making.

• Maintain strong relationships with investors, institutional partners, and regulatory bodies.

• Collaborate closely with research, compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless fund operations.

• Prepare and present periodic fund performance reports to internal stakeholders and external parties (including regulators and investors).

• Ensure full compliance with OJK regulations and internal investment policies.

• Provide strategic input and recommendations to senior management for new fund products and portfolio expansion.

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters Degree is an advantage.

• Minimum of 7 years experience in fund/investment management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Holds an active WMI (Wakil Manajer Investasi) license from OJK.

• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment instruments (mutual funds, bonds, equities, etc.), and OJK regulations.

• Excellent analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to lead a team and manage high-stakes investment projects.

• Strong integrity, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
