We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as General Affairs & Procurement Staff.

Role Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations and procurement activities, including:
• Managing general office administration and facility needs
• Handling procurement processes, vendor sourcing, and price negotiations
• Preparing purchase requests, purchase orders, and maintaining procurement records
• Monitoring inventory, office supplies, and asset management
• Coordinating with suppliers, shipping, and internal departments
• Assisting with invoicing, payment follow-up, and cost control documentation
• Ensuring smooth operational support for all departments
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in General Affairs, Administration, Procurement, or Accounting is preferred
• Good understanding of basic accounting and documentation processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Honest, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
