Job Description
Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy General Cashier & Administration to support our daily financial and administrative operations. This role is responsible for managing the companys cash flow, handling petty cash, and maintaining accurate financial records. In addition, the role involves administrative duties such as document control, data entry, and interdepartmental coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, honest, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position reports directly to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
General Cashier :
- Handle and record all incoming and outgoing cash transactions.
- Perform daily cash closing and submit accurate reports to the Finance Manager.
- Manage petty cash, ensuring proper usage and documentation.
- Conduct regular cash counts and ensure cash book accuracy.
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports and assist in forecasting.
- Process and record bank transactions, including transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies, if any.
Administration :
- Organize and maintain administrative and financial documents (both hardcopy and digital).
- Assist in compiling routine expense reports and processing payment requests.
- Archive supporting documents for all financial transactions systematically.
- Input accurate data into financial systems or ERP software.
- Provide administrative support across departments when required.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Office Administration.
- At least 1-3 years in a similar role (cashier, finance, or admin), preferably in a service or construction environment.
- Able to speak and understand basic English for daily communication
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Familiar with bank transactions (e.g., transfers, deposits, internet banking).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, SAP).
- Experience with documentation and archiving systems.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
