As we continue to grow, we are looking for a General Manager to lead our core activities and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities of the company, including warehouse, logistics, and customer service.

• Manage and execute sales strategies, develop market penetration plans, and ensure sales targets are met.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, product promotions, and branding initiatives.

• Coordinate and supervise the sales and operational team.

• Prepare and submit regular business reports and updates directly to the Board of Directors.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.

• Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, and ensure quality service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

• Willing to be assigned to various project locations throughout Indonesia, as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, operations, or general management roles.

• Proven leadership and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Experience in the paint, coatings, or building materials industry is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Willingness to travel and be temporarily based in different project sites.
