Graphic Design Specialist

Job Description:

1. Building and maintaining a strong visual identity or VIVERE Group

2. Conceptualizing and producing high-quality visuals for internal and external communications, group campaigns, corporate branding initiatives, digital assets, and marketing collateral

3. Ensure visual consistency across all group communication and marketing touchpoints based on brand guidelines

4. Collaborate with marketing team to produce assets for campaigns and strategic initiative

5. Design for both online and offline platforms

6. Work with agencies and vendors for production and execution when needed

7. Maintain a library of visual assets, templates, and brand kits

8. Stay updated on design trends to ensure the groups visuals remain modern and engaging

Job Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in design

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)

- Strong visual storytelling, layout, typography, and branding skills

- Experience creating visuals for marketing collaterals and digital assets

- Good time management

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual consistency

- Team player with good communication and feedback-handling skills
