Graphic Designer Leader

Job:

- Responsible to lead whole Creative Dept ideas, media plan and performance.- Create ideas with a premium taste style by combining established guidelines- Create a strong and compelling visual across media.- Communicate and liaise with both internal and external partners to ensure on the design completion.- Creating and generating digital/E-commerce (banner, E-flyer, Social media, website, etc) visual graphic for any creative job- Initiate concept and explore various design solutions within the companys brand guidelines- Work alongside sales and marketing team to ensure the design in executed as required.- Translating companys needs and branding strategies into design strategies.- Selecting colors, fonts and photographs layout and other design elements to communicate creative.

Requirements:

- Minimum S1 degree majoring Industrial Design or Product Design- Preferable product design experience- Strong conceptual thinking of design- Advanced skill in related 3D Design Software- Experienced to lead whole creative design is preferable.- responsible to deadline.- Self motivated, proactive, and can work both individually and team work.
