About the role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at PT MBH Management in Bekasi, West Java. As our Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs that support our marketing and branding initiatives. What youll be doing

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and develop engaging visual designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and digital assets

2. Bring creative ideas to life by producing high-quality design work that adheres to brand guidelines and strategic objectives

3. Continuously stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance the visual appeal of our clients materials

4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines

5. Actively participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to refine concepts and address stakeholder feedback

6. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure design consistency across all communication channels

What were looking for

1. A bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

2. Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or in-house design role

3. Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

4. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout

5. Ability to create motion graphic design

6. Ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into visually appealing and impactful designs

7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines

8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

9. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and a willingness to continuously learn and improve
