• Establishes and executes the growth on new logo and cross/up-sell to existing clients
• Account growth planning and proactive targeting strategy for driving pipe volume
• Manages a large pipeline of deal flow
• Develops and leverages strong working relationships with leadership to align on targeted services, strong value propositions, pricing, process and support structure to drive growth
• Defines budget needs for sales resources and subsequent tools and support required to generate and win new business
