What You’ll Do
* Own end-to-end content strategy across social media
* Create content that is not only engaging, but conversion-driven
* Translate product value into compelling storytelling
* Work closely with Sales & Marketing to align content with business goals
* Support campaigns, launches, and brand activation (online & offline)
* Ensure strong alignment between digital content and offline experience (store, showroom, retail touchpoints)
* Build a strong, bold, and distinctive brand voice
What We’re Looking For
* 3–7 years experience in content / digital marketing / social media
* Proven track record in growing engagement, audience, or leads
* Strong copywriting and content sense (not just design/editing)
* Understand basic marketing funnel & sales impact
* Have awareness or experience in retail / showroom environment (customer journey, walk-in behavior, offline conversion)
* High ownership, proactive, and commercially aware
✨ Bonus if you:
* Have experience in Beranda living / interior / lifestyle brands
* Are trend-aware and know how to adapt content creatively
* Can be “sassy but smart” — bold, but still on-brand
