Product Manager – E-commerce

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in E-commerce, Digital Platform, ERP, or Enterprise Systems
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirement gathering, prioritization, implementation, to post-launch optimization
• Proven experience in E-commerce platform development, order management, payment flow, catalog, pricing, inventory, logistics, or customer journey
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Odoo)
• Experience translating business requirements into product or technical specifications

Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of E-commerce ecosystem:
• Order Management System (OMS)
• Inventory Management
• Pricing & Promotion
• Payment Gateway
• Fulfilment & Logistics
• Customer Experience / Checkout Journey
• Marketplace or Omnichannel integration
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes:
• Finance & Accounting
• Procurement / Purchasing
• Supply Chain
• Warehouse / Inventory
• Sales Order Management
• Experience in API integration and system interoperability between E-commerce and ERP platforms
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum product delivery methodology
• Experience with user story creation, product backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making

Stakeholder Management

• Able to work closely with Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Vendor teams
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and converting them into scalable product solutions
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Marketplace, Omnichannel, or E-commerce industries
• Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or analytics tools
• Experience in ERP implementation or digital transformation projects
