Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end clinic operations across multiple sites, ensuring service quality and efficiency.
• Drive business growth through development of corporate healthcare services, particularly in occupational health (OH) and medical check-ups (MCU).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including client acquisition and partnership initiatives.
• Ensure standardization of processes, service delivery, and patient experience across clinics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operational and commercial strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics, including revenue, utilization, and operational KPIs.
• Lead, develop, and manage multidisciplinary teams across clinic Lokasis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing clinics, outpatient services, or healthcare networks.
• Strong exposure to corporate healthcare services, particularly occupational health (OH) and medical check-ups (MCU).
• Demonstrated experience in handling corporate clients and driving business development initiatives.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of revenue drivers and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
