Head of Investment Banking (Advisory)
Lead, develop, and oversee the investment banking division, ensuring strategic alignment with the companys business goals.
Manage end-to-end advisory and execution of investment banking transactions, including M&A, IPOs, debt and equity offerings, and corporate restructuring.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutional investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities, expand client portfolio, and drive revenue growth.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on capital raising, market trends, valuation, and corporate finance strategies.
Oversee deal origination, structuring, negotiations, and execution to ensure successful outcomes.
Ensure compliance with capital market regulations, company policies, and risk management standards.
Mentor and develop the investment banking team to achieve excellence and foster a high-performance culture.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree (MBA) is preferred.
Mandatory to hold relevant capital market licenses (WPEE).
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in investment banking, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in leading and executing large-scale transactions (M&A, IPO, debt/equity financing, advisory).
Strong network with corporates, institutional investors, and regulators within the capital market.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, deal structuring, and capital market products.
High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Mandatory to hold relevant capital market licenses (e.g., WPPE, WMI, or equivalent).
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
