- Maintain proactive communication with all and each stakeholder in and outside the company.
- Handling legal matters relating to business within the company
- Assisting business team for current and upcoming project, and maintaining legal documents
- Drafting and reviewing legal matters such as, nondisclosure agreement, memorandum of understanding, cooperation agreement and others
- Ensure all legal documentation are clear, updated, and available.
- Provide legal protection and services to a company.
- Ensure that every license owned by company and its subsidiaries is properly monitored, and included in the Legal Alert Monitoring System owned by the Company.
- Work directly with relevant stakeholders from end-to-end on partnership arrangements, new project launches, licensing and compliance matters, government relations and all other strategic legal matters. Qualifications
- Master/Bachelor degree from Law, minimum GPA 3.25
- Minimum 8 years experience in mining company will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulation
- High attention to details
- Ability to prepare and drafting complex legal documents
- Ability to provide Legal Advice to the management of the Company
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
