Head of Sales & Operation Channeling - Furniture & Stationary Sector

Qualification:

·      Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any related field.

·      Minimum 7-10+ years of progressive experience in roles demonstrating a strong understanding of both sales/distribution and operations within the Meubelair, Furniture, Stationary industry

·      Proven 5+ years of experience in leading and managing sales teams within a multi-channel distribution environment for technology products.

·      Deep understanding of the Furniture and Stationery, including product lifecycles, key players, distribution channels (online, retail, B2B, B2G).

·      Proven ability to develop a clear and strategic vision for integrating operations and distribution sales functions within the Furniture and Stationery sectors.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.

·      Willing to be placed at Klaten, Jawa Tengah
