In this role, you will directly impact our large and diverse Professional Services engagements by building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting professional growth within your team. With an emphasis on aligning with Ericssons strategic objectives, you will assist in fulfilling contracts, managing risk exposure, ensuring customer satisfaction, and making our mark as a powerful system integrator.

What you will do:

  • Align with Ericsson strategy in large and complex business engagements and scope customer solutions.
  • Identify and execute potential sales opportunities.
  • Drive overall program planning and manage operational relationships with customers.
  • Manage contract execution strategy, contract changes/amendments during execution, and risk exposure.
  • Secure delivery compliance to both contractual and business case requirements.
  • Accountable for overall adherence to OHS in execution and ensure CPMs in program are adhering to OHS requirements.
