Hiring Safety Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Sendayan, Seremban

Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

1. Perform accident or incident investigations.
2. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety and health regulations and standards.
3. Observe work in progress to ensure safety equipment is worn and procedures are followed.
4. Recommend corrections and follow up to address violations.
5. Analyze hazards and develop ergonomic risk assessments for public and non-public areas.
6. Develop policies and plans to reduce employee risks.
7. Administer occupational injury programs and workers compensation.
8. Resolve complaints and suggest corrective actions to management.
9. Conduct employee safety training, including classroom lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on instruction.
10. Review accidents and recommend measures to prevent similar incidents.
11. Prepare narrative reports on incidents affecting the resort.
12. Familiarize with resort operations, policies, and procedures of divisions.
13. Implement effective safety, hazard control, and industrial hygiene programs.
14. Evaluate risks and hazards, suggesting corrective actions.
15. Interpret, apply, and explain relevant safety and environmental laws, codes, and guidelines.

1. 3-4 years of experience, preferably in food manufacturing or related industries.
2. Possession of a Yellow Book certification.

1. Age between 30 to 40 years old.
