About the role

Join PT Ondel Teknologi Indonesia as a Host Live, where you will be responsible for engaging with our audience in live streaming sessions. As a full-time employee, you will be based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, and play a crucial role in our marketing and communications strategies.

What youll be doing

1. Hosting live streaming sessions to connect with our audience and showcase our products or services

2. Interacting with viewers in real-time, answering questions and addressing their concerns

3. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling content and scripts for the live streams

4. Monitoring audience engagement and feedback to continuously improve the live streaming experience

5. Ensuring a professional and engaging on-camera presence that aligns with the brands identity

6. Providing regular performance reports and insights to the marketing team

What were looking for

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain an audience

2. Previous experience in live streaming, broadcasting, or on-camera presentation

3. Strong creative flair and the ability to think on your feet to deliver captivating content

4. Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming tools

5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live streaming schedules

6. Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written
