HR Cordinator

About the role

KALI DOGWEAR is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Badung, Bali on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential HR support and contributing to the overall success of our dynamic organization.

What youll be doing

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and regulations
• Coordinate employee benefits and payroll-related activities
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as training programs and performance management
• Contribute to the creation and updating of HR documentation, including employee handbooks and job descriptions
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and help resolve any HR-related issues

What were looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR coordinator or generalist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficient in HR-related software and tools, such as HRIS and payroll systems
• Familiarity with Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
