Description

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
  • Overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  • Providing guidance and support on employee relations matters.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate training sessions, safety refreshers, or onboarding orientations.
  • Foster a highly collaborative and accountable workplace where employees are encouraged to innovate, take initiative, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate a fast-paced, impact-driven culture that empowers individuals to speak up, challenge ideas constructively, and act with urgency.

Profile

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Independent and reliable, comfortable working alongside senior leadership to provide HR advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
