HR Generalist
Job Description :
- Managing the employee database in the HRIS system and the partner database, including adding new employee/partner data, managing leave, updating employee data changes, managing attendance, and preparing monthly employee/partner data reports.
- Creating internal correspondence such as employment certificates, transfer letters, promotion letters, etc., and external correspondence such as employment verification letters and others.
- Reviewing payroll components, performing recapitulations, calculating and submitting monthly payroll, as well as calculating monthly and/or annual tax payment components.
- Calculating and submitting payments for phone allowances, BPJS Health, BPJS Employment, and insurance bills, and submitting payments to the finance team.
- Fulfilling the Manpower Planning (MPP) according to business needs, carrying out end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring effective employee/partner onboarding in accordance with SOPs to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Providing documentation and reporting according to standards.
Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Strong skills in payroll and income tax calculation.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of general HR principles and practices.
