HR Generalist

Job Description :

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and job offers.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases, talent pools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Coordinate pre-employment processes such as medical checks, document verification, and onboarding preparation.

• Conduct orientation programs for new hires and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Assist in employer branding activities, including career fairs, social media recruitment campaigns, and networking events.

• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management review.

• Support other HR functions such as employee relations, training, payroll coordination, and HR administration as needed.

• Ensure recruitment and HR processes comply with company policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Psychology.

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar HR Generalist role.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

• Familiarity with various recruitment channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, campus hiring, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations is preferred.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
