We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Management Supervisor to oversee purchasing, inventory control, and order fulfillment for skincare products across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels, timely procurement, efficient logistics coordination, and seamless operations to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Logistics and Supply Chain Oversight:

• Manage the logistics process for imported pharmaceutical products, from shipment tracking to final delivery.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective customs clearance and compliance with import/export regulations.

• Oversee the distribution of products from warehouses to distributors, ensuring quality and efficiency.

2. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with local (e.g., BPOM) and international regulations.

• Collaborate with regulatory and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet all necessary standards and certifications.

3. Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the procurement-logistics team, including officers, to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Develop and implement team goals, KPIs, and training programs to enhance team performance.

4. Budget and Cost Management:

• Monitor and manage the procurement and logistics budget, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.

• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across procurement and logistics processes.

5. Risk Management and Problem Resolution:

• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

• Address and resolve issues related to supplier performance, shipment delays, or regulatory compliance.

6. Reporting and Performance Monitoring:

• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement and logistics performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field;

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

• Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations (GDP, GMP, etc.).

• Proven track record in managing international suppliers and logistics operations.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Deep knowledge of procurement processes, international trade, and regulatory compliance for pharmaceuticals.
