HR Generalist
Responsible in execution of general HR Functions to ensure all the process in HR Department align with companys policies and / or local legislation and act as the first line in bridging the employees and the company.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Manage and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
Promote a positive work culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Administer and monitor expatriate permit applications and their validity periods.
Handle disciplinary processes and support performance management systems in line with IR practices.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting industrial relations.
Prepare documentation for labor audits and ensure readiness for inspections.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in any major
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Familiar with SAP/HRIS and proficient in Microsoft Excel
English spoken as daily communication, and ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of labor law and employment equity regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong record-keeping abilities
Solid knowledge of HR functions and best practices
HR certification is an advantage
