HR
Job Summary:
The Human Resource is responsible for supporting the HR department in all aspects of people management within the division. This role ensures smooth HR operations by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The officer acts as a link between management and employees to foster a positive, productive, and service-oriented workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Support training and development initiatives to enhance staff performance.
Handle employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
Monitor attendance, scheduling, and payroll data in coordination with HR.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety, and company policies.
Assist in performance appraisals and provide feedback support.
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with hospitality standards.
Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports for management.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
-Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience,
-Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and best practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
-Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
-Preference will be given to applicants with proficiency in Mandarin
