HR Recruitment Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding).
Proficient in Mandarin (minimum HSK Level 5), both written and spoken, with the ability to handle professional business communication.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, recruitment tools, and selection methods.
Experienced in using SAP (HR Module) and/or other HRIS platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure, and meet recruitment deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Experience in recruiting multilingual professionals or expatriates.
Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor law and compliance.
Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
