HR Staff - C&B, Welfare, IR/ER, HRIS

JYX Packaging, a global leader in premium and sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking an HR Staff to oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Employee Welfare, Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), and HR Information Systems (HRIS). This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and optimizing HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Compensation & Benefits (C&B), including payroll support, allowances, bonuses, and BPJS/Ketenagakerjaan compliance.

• Manage Employee Welfare programs (healthcare, insurance, engagement activities) to enhance workplace satisfaction.

• Handle Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Relations (ER), including dispute resolution, labor law compliance, and union negotiations if applicable.

• Maintain and optimize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for accurate data management and reporting.

• Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.

• Support performance management, training coordination, and HR audits.

• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field.

• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG with exposure to C&B, Welfare, IR/ER, and HRIS.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS administration.

• Familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., Talenta, Gajimu, SAP HR) is a plus.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
