About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is a Japanese Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for HR Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monthly Payroll handling (Preparation until submit and approve).

• Company Legal handling (All Legal include Company Deed and MoM of BC)

• All compensation and benefit handling of employee.

• Understand how to make draft company rule.

• Understand BPJS rules.

• Quartal LKPM report.

• Recruitment & Training Handling.

• Employees evaluation handling.

• Create an annual work plan and monthly control of implementation.

• Experience in employee bipartite negotiations.

• Able to compile wage scale structure.

• Disnaker Audit handling.

• Organize company events (Family gathering, Company Dinner).

• Skilled at communicating with management.

• All job related to HRD&GA Job.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degreee.

• Conversational level of English proficiency (Japanese skill is big advantage).

• Have working experience as HR at least 3 years in Japanese company.
