HR Training Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Create training plans and analyze training needs through a yearly development need analysis,

• Support competency-based assessments, training needs analysis, and employee development planning,

• Design and implementation of career development program,

• Maintaining training record and providing regular progress report,

• Facilitating and delivering training session and on boarding,

• Collaborate with cross-functional Teams to gather data and coordinate program.

What were looking for:

• Education: Bachelors degree (S1) in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Education,

• Experience: Min. 4 years experience in related position,

• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal,

• Interpersonal Skills: Active, open mindedness, strong analytical thinking, and fast learner.
