What Youll Be Doing:

• Supporting HRBP for any data management and reporting required for the business
• Sending out several announcements or reporting cadence to each stakeholder
• Supporting HRBP for some project completion such as people newsletter, internal web page, etc.
• Supporting HRBP in the competency framework update
• Maintaining the scheduled and sending out of Pulse surveys to employees

What Were Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Google Suite. Experience with Looker Studio will be advantageous
