Job Description :

  • Branch people fulfilment and effective talent acquisition for branch.

  • Implement HR programs/ guidelines from HO, e.g. PDC Process

  • Ensure compliance to provincial employment regulations.

  • Manage branch employee relations

  • Perform budgeting process for HR&GA branch

  • Perform employee administration

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Management, Law, Psychology, or equivalent

  • Have experience minimal 3 years as HR & GA Coordinator

  • Task oriented, problem solver, and have a good communication skill

  • Have a good knowledge about HR Management

  • Placement : Morowali (Central Sulawesi)
