HRGA Specialist

We are start up tech or IT Company who located in Central Jakarta, we looking for HR Generalist to be place in Central Jakarta with detail Job description as below:

Job Description:

  • Conducting end to end recruitment process.

  • Conducting employee onboarding and offboarding process.

  • Managing employee documents such as employment contracts (PKWT), attendance records, leaves, warning letter, termination and payrolls.

  • Providing training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.

  • Handle employee performance appraisal

  • Handling employee conflicts and issues in a professional and fair manner.

  • Ensuring that the company complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in human resources management.

  • Promoting the company culture and creating a positive work climate to make employees feel comfortable and motivated in the workplace.

  • Possessing knowledge of HR policies and being able to provide advice and recommendations to management or other departments regarding HR matters.

  • Prepare report for payroll.

  • Responsible for managing licensing documents and company operations

  • Coordinate with the head office in many matters, especially those related to HRGA

  • Maintain and keep the company assets updated

  • Maintain and keep employee data in database System updated

  • Enhance employee well-being and morale with engagement activities and events

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years experiences as HRGA Generalist and handle more than 300 employees.

  • Preferable has experience in tech company / IT company Consultant or start up company.

  • Fast response, multitasking and has fast working pace.

  • Good English proficiency is preferrable.

  • Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices, combined with strategic acumen and a results-driven mindset.

  • Deep understanding in all spectrum of HRGA

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in utilising recruiting tools and technologies and sourcing platforms.

  • Able to do administration HR such as, warning letter, PKWT, performance appraisal, etc.

  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, promoting diversity and inclusion, and fostering a positive candidate experience.
