PT Indonesia Research Institute Japan (IRIJ) is a research and business consulting company.Currently, we are expanding our operations and strengthening our human resources to support a growing multicultural team. To support this initiative, IRIJ is seeking a motivated candidate to join us as an HR & GA Staff with the following qualifications:

Qualification :

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Japanese Literature, or related fields.

2. Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong motivation to grow in HR & GA.

3. Conversational Japanese proficiency (able to communicate in daily situations).

4. Basic understanding of HR operations and processes.

5. Communicative, creative, and attentive to detail.

6. Strong administrative and follow-up skills.

7. Strong administrative and follow-up skills, with a curious and adaptable mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting to issuing offers.

2. Handle HR & GA administration, including attendance, BPJS (social security), HRIS, employment contracts, and asset database management.

3. Serve as the primary liaison for employees and clients on all HR & GA matters.

4. Contribute to employee development and engagement programs.
