HRGA Staff (Japanese Speaker)

About the role

A well-established Japanese manufacturing company is looking for qualified candidates who are both profecient Indonesian and Japanese speakers to join their team as Human Resources & General Affairs (HR/GA) Staff. This is a full-time opportunity with placement in Japan, and the company will provide full support for work visa sponsorship.

What youll be doing

• Manage application intake and schedule interviews for foreign candidates

• Conduct onboarding: safety training, work rules, factory orientation

• Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and emergency supply management

• Oversee work uniform and general equipment distribution

• Act as a point of contact and support for Indonesian-speaking staff

• Translate internal documents (Japanese to Indonesian)

• Assist in organizing company events and cross-cultural activities

• Help prepare for various audits (CSR, AIB, FSSC, etc.)

• Coordinate arrangements for visitors (meals, uniforms, etc.)

What were looking for

• Candidates have full working rights for Japan with a Bachelors degree (any major; social or science preferred)

• Japanese language ability equivalent to JLPT N2 or above

• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia

• Prior experience working at a Japanese company or factory is a plus

• Experience as a translator or interpreter (Japanese to Indonesian) is a plus

• Basic understanding of Japanese labor and immigration procedures is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Willing to live and work in Japan for the long term

• Flexible to be assigned anywhere in Japan
