What You'll Do- Drive and implement HSE programs across our manufacturing operations.- Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure proactive safety measures.- Lead safety trainings, inspections, and awareness campaigns.- Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with regulations.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build a strong safety-first culture.
What We're Looking For-Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Environmental/Industrial Engineering, or related field.-Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE (manufacturing background preferred).-Knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations; AK3U certification is a plus.-Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.-Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-driven mindset.
