About the role

PT Jaga Aman Sejahtera, an industry leader in the natural resources and energy sector, is seeking a highly motivated HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Staff to join our dynamic team based in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental protection of our operations and personnel.

What youll be doing

1. Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and programs to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices

2. Conducting regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards

3. Providing training and support to employees on HSE-related matters to foster a strong safety culture

4. Investigating and reporting on incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and implementing corrective and preventive actions

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HSE considerations into all operational activities

6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support regulatory reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

What were looking for

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar HSE role within the natural resources or energy industry

2. Strong understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex HSE-related issues

4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees at all levels

5. Proficiency in using relevant HSE management software and data analysis tools

6. A commitment to promoting a safety-first culture and driving continuous improvements in HSE performance
