Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Branding, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

  • Min. 2 years experience in a brand/marketing managerial position, preferably within fashion retail industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and marketing communication strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of industry dynamics and an in-depth understanding of customer needs in fashion retail sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative, proactive approach, and customer-centric mindset.

  • Experience and familiarity with various marketing tools and platforms, including analytics platforms and project management tools.

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skill.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Able to fully work from office.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute online and offline brand events to enhance brand visibility and presence

  • ⁠Manage and grow Beatrices internal community (Nomads &, loyal customers) to ensure consistent engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, sales) and external partners (vendors)

  • ⁠Handle end to end event planning: ideation, budgeting, cross-department coordination, and on-site execution

  • Oversee event timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations

  • Bring fresh, relevant ideas that align with our brand and audience

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies (including instore, ATL, and BTL media) that align with the companys overall objectives, market trends, and consumer insights.

  • Development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms and channels

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, monitor competitor activities, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

  • Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROl.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of brand marketing initiatives, using key metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners.

  • Prepare regular reports on brand performance and present insights and recommendations to top management.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team.
