Human Capital Information System Staff is a critical role in managing and optimizing various HR systems, integrating data across platforms, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate, well-organized information systems.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop the Human Capital Information System (HCIS)
Integrate various HR-related applications and ensure seamless data flow
Collaborate with other teams to support ongoing system improvements
Ensure proper use and optimization of ERP systems in relation to HR processes
Perform advanced data processing and reporting using Microsoft Excel
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
Provide user support and training for system usage as needed
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Information System or Informatics Engineering
1-3 years of experience in HRIS
Experienced in ERP system usage and implementation
Proven ability in integrating multiple HR information system applications
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.)
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
