Human Capital Information System Staff

Human Capital Information System Staff is a critical role in managing and optimizing various HR systems, integrating data across platforms, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate, well-organized information systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop the Human Capital Information System (HCIS)

  • Integrate various HR-related applications and ensure seamless data flow

  • Collaborate with other teams to support ongoing system improvements

  • Ensure proper use and optimization of ERP systems in relation to HR processes

  • Perform advanced data processing and reporting using Microsoft Excel

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

  • Provide user support and training for system usage as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Information System or Informatics Engineering

  • 1-3 years of experience in HRIS

  • Experienced in ERP system usage and implementation

  • Proven ability in integrating multiple HR information system applications

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.)

  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
