About the role

As the Human Resource Development professional at PT FORLUXE DECORINDO SENTOSA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy and capabilities of our growing organisation. This full-time role is based in South Tangerang Banten and involves developing and implementing HR initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a positive, productive work environment.

What youll be doing

  • Designing and delivering training and development programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce
  • Collaborating with managers to identify and address talent needs, and implement effective recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Promoting employee engagement and wellbeing through innovative initiatives and programmes
  • Ensuring the organisations HR practices comply with relevant legislation and regulations

    • What were looking for

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a generalist HR or HR development role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic and proactive approach
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and the use of HR information systems
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
