HUMAN RESOURCE - GA CORPORATE GENERAL MANAGER -

A.   To implement HR programs and policies, company regulations and to manage every aspect of employee development and relations. The responsible for   the process and management of recruiting - staffing, performance management, benefits and compensation administration, organizational development, employee counseling services, and training to develop skills and competence at various levels in the organization . This position HRD-GA General Manager most cases reports to HRD -Director BOD/Owner.

B.   To develop and deliver innovative solutions that can be successfully transform “Sumber Mitra Jaya” Operation and performance Management capabilities. 

C.   Competence development, Career plans and growth, appraisal system, promotions, Rewarding, performance improvement plans. 

 JOB SCOPE 

 RESPONSIBITY AND ACOUNTABILITES

1.    Analyzing job accountability of every employee in operation at site through all site HR and GA. The processes to identify issues and inefficiencies. Application design and architecture components of  job - evaluation basis.

2.    Coaching team  members /Groups and  fostering an active learning environment, providing advice on procedures/ work methods to colleagues. Exhibiting working knowledge of familiar functional areas based on previous work experience and training, learning by doing and practical insight into unfamiliar functional areas.

3.    Implement SOP, Work Flow process and reporting system within the job scope, activities. 

4.     Supervising and coordinating the work of employees  through departmental head. 

5.    Guiding teams through problem definitions, issues identifications and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience with employees 

6.    Plan, develop and implement strategy covering all important areas relevant to Sumber Mitra Jayas structure and keeping in view current and future needs..

7.    Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of Sumber Mitra Jaya performance in visible manner.

8.    Monitor, measure and  report on development plans and achievements within agreed format and time scale.

9.    Maintain awareness and knowledge of  Sumber Mitra Jaya  development methods and provide suitable interpretations to directors/ Owners, Managers, staff within the company .

10. In coordination with GM - HSEQ Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for Quality Management, Environmental, Health and Safety (SMK3LQ) requirements in compliance with legal stipulations, Environmental policies and general duty care, 

11. Being highly self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. .

12. Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company objectives. 

13. Serve as link between management and Employees by handling questions, interpreting and adminstering contracts and helping resolve work related problems. .

14. Analyse training needs to design employee development, language training, management training (Performance, leadership, team building, motivation, personality Development ) and HSEQ training programs.

15. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel -related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, absenteeism rates. Analyse data and reports to identify and determine causes to personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of Mitra Jaya personnel polices and practices. .

1.    Education and Experience: S1/S2 HRM, Psychology Economics, HRM) experience 15-20  years in mining environment.

2.    Age Group 40-45

 ·     Ability to develop HR programs and policies based on business new requirements.

·     Strong project management, time management, staff Management and leadership skills.

·     Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills.

·     Able to manage multitask work in a strong-paced environment.

·     Ability to mentor and supervise staff.

·     Ability to negotiate contribution agreement and contracts.

·     Ability to speak, write and read the English language.

·     Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.

·     Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines.
