Role Overview:

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a strategic role in supporting our Philippines market by aligning business needs with effective people strategies. Youll be responsible for talent development, employee relations, and fostering a high-performance work environment.

Placement: Manila, Philippines (WFO)

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures; maintaining HR data systems and ensuring compliance.

• Coordinating with various departments to facilitate smooth onboarding—including paperwork and scheduling.

• Acting as a backup for payroll processing—tracking bonuses, sick/vacation leave, reimbursements, hourly validations, and benefits administration.

• Supporting employees on issues related to health, performance, grievances, conduct, and organizational changes.

• Assisting with the development and maintenance of employee handbooks, directories, org charts, and contributing to policy formulation.

• Utilizing HRIS systems and MS Office; strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HRBP or other relevant HR roles

• Proven track record in performance management, recruitment, and employee relations

• Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
