Human Resources Manager

Job Descriptions 

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  2. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, regulations, strategies, and procedures across the organization

  3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

  4. Ensure compliance with company and government regulations and policy regarding labors

  5. Ensuring that the HRD administration process which includes MPP, recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, employee contracts and remuneration runs accurately

  6. Assist in Employer Branding and Employee Engagement initiatives

  7. Develop KPI and matters relating to performance management

  8. Designing evaluations of team performance and all employees and updating company evaluations

  9. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

  10. Manage overall of payroll and compensation & benefit payment

Job Qualifications 

  1. Bachelors Degree in Law or Human Resources Management

  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in HRD 

  3. Hold on CHRP certification will be advantage

  4. Strong knowledge of the Indonesian Employment Act, manpower regulations, and HR practices

  5. Extensive experience related to Organization design, Culture, Performance Management, and Talent Management

  6. Have a hands-on and good experience with Microsoft Excel

  7. A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently

  8. Strong leadership skill and have confident for take decision

  9. Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities

  10. High level of maturity and sense of responsibility.
