Recruitment Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Create job ads, manage postings, and source candidates through various platforms
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Organize and participate in job fairs or campus recruitment events
Personnel Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave systems
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications

Coordinate new hire orientation and exit procedures
Payroll Responsibilities:
Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
Calculate salaries, benefits, tax deductions, and overtime
Manage payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies
Ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations
Coordinate with Finance and HR for reporting and audits
