Human Resources (Recruitment, Personnel, and Payroll)

Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs

  • Create job ads, manage postings, and source candidates through various platforms

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

  • Organize and participate in job fairs or campus recruitment events

Personnel Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation

  • Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave systems

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications

  • Coordinate new hire orientation and exit procedures

    Payroll Responsibilities:

    • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner

    • Calculate salaries, benefits, tax deductions, and overtime

    • Manage payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies

    • Ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations

    • Coordinate with Finance and HR for reporting and audits
