Job Summary

The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily human resources operations and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. This role supports talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training and development, and HR administration to ensure an effective and productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and office Posisis.
  • Coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify manpower requirements.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance procedures in accordance with Perusahaan policies and Indonesian labor laws.
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.
  • Support conflict resolution and maintain healthy employer-employee relationships.

3. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, Perusahaan policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employment contracts, probation reviews, confirmations, and employee exits.
  • Coordinate BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.

4. Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Review attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related data.
  • Coordinate with payroll providers or finance teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration.
  • Monitor employee leave balances and attendance records.

5. Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews.
  • Monitor employee performance improvement plans where necessary.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Support employee orientation and onboarding initiatives.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

7. HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare monthly HR reports, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status, and employee metrics.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a talent acquisition role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, trading, or multinational companies.
  • Familiarity with BPJS administration, payroll systems, and employment compliance audits.
  • English and Mandarin communication skills (written and spoken).

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:9am-6pm, 5 days
