This is a commercial, outreach-driven role focused on building industry relationships and driving high-value participation in our exhibitions.
Plan partnerships in advance.
You will work directly with decision-makers across Asia to:
• Bring in quality exhibitors and VIP buyers
• Develop industry partnerships
• Secure sponsorships for conferences and branding opportunities
Responsibilities
Industry Partnerships & Outreach
• Identify and connect with key companies from various industries and plan partnerships in advance.
• Build relationships with:
CEOs, Directors, Plant Managers, Procurement Heads
Drive Participation
• Invite companies to:
• Exhibit as strategic partners
• Attend as VIP buyers
• Speak at conferences
Sponsorship Development (Revenue Role)
• Identify sponsorship opportunities:
• Conference speaking slots
• Branding & marketing exposure
• Pitch and close sponsorship deal
Outreach Execution
Adept with:
• LinkedIn outreach
• Cold calls
• Email & WhatsApp
• Set meetings and follow through to conversion
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 2 years experience in:
• Sales / Business Development, Marketing, PR
Confident in cold outreach and relationship building
• Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-driven, neat and target-oriented
• Experience selling sponsorships or advertising is a big plus.
• Existing industry contacts (manufacturing, marine, energy, etc.) is also a plus.
