Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, optimization, and governance of key business applications, with a strong focus on workflow and process automation platforms such as Kissflow.
• Ensure digital solutions are seamlessly deployed, adopted by users, and continuously improved
• Work closely with cross-function to identify process gaps and translate them into scalable digital workflows
• Lead multiple implementation projects while ensuring data integrity and system performance

Requirements:

• Experience working with business stakeholders on process simplification projects.
• Proven experience implementing workflow automation applications, preferably Kissflow, or similar platforms.
• Good English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage end-to-end system implementation: requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, and system connectivity across business applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willing to be based in Halim, East Jakarta (hybrid work arrangement).
