Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Prospecting
• Execute high-volume daily outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Follow up event attendees, webinar participants, and marketing campaign leads.
• Qualify inbound leads and route them efficiently to the Sales team.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists aligned to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Qualification & Handover
• Conduct structured discovery calls to assess budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• Book qualified meetings with full context documented for the Sales team.
• Ensure clean, consistent lead-to-opportunity handover within ZOHO CRM.
ZOHO CRM Administration & Hygiene
• Create, enrich, and maintain accurate contact and lead records in ZOHO.
• Log all activities (calls, emails, meetings) consistently and on the same business day.
• Maintain lead status progression and mandatory field completion.
• Proactively manage duplicates and data accuracy.
Meeting Scheduling & Management
• Schedule meetings directly into Sales team calendars using calendar integrations.
• Confirm attendance, manage reschedules, and track no-shows in ZOHO.
• Record meeting outcomes, notes, and agreed Berikut. steps promptly.
Deal Qualification Support
• Apply agreed qualification criteria before converting leads to deals.
• Create and update deal records with complete context in ZOHO.
• Ensure deal notes, stakeholders, and Berikut. steps are clearly documented.
Execution Discipline & Collaboration
• Follow agreed outreach cadences, messaging frameworks, and workflows.
• Actively participate in regular coaching, training, and feedback sessions.
• Liaise with Marketing on campaign follow-up sequences and lead quality feedback.
• Share market insights — objections, competitor intel, messaging gaps — with the team.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or Lead Generation in a B2B environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (professional working proficiency minimum).
• Bilingual Bahasa/English candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
• Proven track record of consistently hitting outbound activity targets and booking qualified meetings.
• Experience with CRM platforms — ZOHO preferred; Salesforce or HubSpot experience also considered.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and structured daily workflows.
• Experience selling into Southeast Asia markets preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools preferred.
• Highly organized, self-accountable, and data-driven in your approach.
• Indonesia national or holds a valid work permit to work in Indonesia.
