Insurance Industry Associate Manager
Responsibility
- Prospecting: Continuous expansion of relationship beyond existing clients base, Establish/maintain strong relationship with existing clients to identify new opportunities.
- Pre-sales: Develop discussion materials and proposals and convince and agree with the clients.
- Business Planning: Develop go-to-market strategies and action plans based on market insights and needs analysis.
- Business Analysis: Provide insights as insurance expert, acting as business analyst where required.
- Leading Digital transformation: Hands on support for the digital transformation based on experiences in Insurance industry.
- Keep learning and developing new skills, as well as encourage team members skills development, that is relevant to support companys upcoming projects.
- 7+ years of work experience.
- 1-2 years of work experience as a Manager in a Consulting firm.
- Having a solid network within the insurance industry.
- Project consulting experience within the insurance industry.
- Experience within the Big 4 Consulting firms or other Consulting firms.
- Have strong integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as consultant.
- Communication Skills to convey complex concepts and gain buy-in.
- Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
