Insurance Sales Representative

Summary of The Job

To promote and sell motor vehicle insurance products directly to customers at partner automotive workshop locations. The role involves engaging potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, explaining product offerings, and facilitating the purchase process while maintaining high service quality and adhering to compliance and reporting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assigned individual sales targets for motor vehicle insurance products by proactively approaching customers at workshop sites.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers at the workshop. Build rapport, explain product features and benefits, and resolve basic customer objections or queries.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of insurance products. Present offerings in a structured and persuasive manner to drive interest and conversion.
• Support customers through the application process, including documentation and digital transactions as required.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, sales outcomes, and feedback. Ensure all activities comply with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Ability to understand insurance product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain features and benefits.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partner staff and build positive relationships.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per partner workshop operating hours.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
