Interior Designer - Fashion Retail Store

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the retail industry, preferably in fashion retail.

• Strong interest in fashion and current trends.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Highly creative and innovative with a strong sense of design aesthetics.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and AutoCAD.

• Able to prepare and calculate project budgets or cost plans accurately.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and design retail store layouts and interior concepts that align with the brands identity.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Owner to implement visual strategies that enhance the customer experience and support business objectives.

• Recommend and execute creative solutions to support the brands visual and commercial growth.

• Manage and coordinate the visual merchandising (VM) aspects of the retail channel, including store displays and layouts.

• Plan and oversee installation schedules, model store setups, guideline development, and new store openings.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for store design projects and ensure cost efficiency.

• Maintain clear communication with Store Managers and the VM team, including regular updates and reports.

• Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and production agencies to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.

• Create promotional materials for offline retail stores, including posters, banners, catalogs, and more.
