• Develop country and trading overseas market strategy by linking requirements of key accounts, traditional wholesalers, and retailers worldwide.
• Make a business plan for the selected export markets regularly Manage and develop the international business team to meet the standard and target.
• Establish new distributors and buyers across whole the world meanwhile correspondence with existing customers.
• Follow up and execute the order and inquiry.
•  

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in any field with a minimum GPA: of 3,00.
• Required languages: English and Mandarin is a plus point   
• Active English (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (prior experience in Manufacturing would be an advantage).
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in International Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Working knowledge and prior regional exposure to Asia, or Europe is clearly a plus (at least one regional market).
• Strong business acumen, and experience in managing export base business operations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact successfully within your network.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure within target.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment.
